CAA at Humane Lobby Day

Minnesota Humane Lobby Day is on March 18th. Join us to get effective lobbying experience, delish coffee, vegan treats, and lunch and make a difference for animals. You will have the opportunity to meet with your legislators in the afternoon. In the morning, Compassionate Action for Animals will table with the animal community about farmed animal issues. Coffee and treats will be provided by Tried and True Confections. There will be a program of speakers and updates on bills, and after that we’ll all enjoy a vegan lunch together ($10 fee). At around 12:30pm, we will head over to the Capitol to talk to our representatives about current bills, encouraging them to legislate against puppy mills and mandatory wildlife killings.
