Lets celebrate Veganuary together with delicious Indian food! This buffet will be whole food plant-exclusive (vegan) at Mango Grove Indian restaurant in Columbia, Md. I had this custom-prepared buffet last month and it was delicious! It will be completely SOS free (sugar, oil, salt-free). The price is $24. The buffet is being prepared especially for our group. Ideally it would be great to have RSVP's by Jan 10th so we can tell Rohit (the owner) how much food to prepare. I hope to see you there!
