Elie is Cancer Free Celebration at Rooted3

Rockville Vegans wants to celebrate our member Elie who is officially cancer free! The celebration will occur at an all-vegan business, Rooted3, in Bethesda. Indoor and outdoor seating will be available. Elie was recently diagnosed with Stage 1 Breast Cancer, and after radiation treatment and adjustments to her vegan diet she is proudly cancer free. Elie leads our animal sanctuary volunteer days, attends almost all of our events, and is such a valued member of our community. Whether you have had the pleasure of meeting Elie or not, we hope you will celebrate this accomplishment with her at Rooted3. Rooted3 will be celebrating Elie with her own custom bowl that you can order. Elie will also be utilizing the Rooted3 menu to teach us what foods are best for fighting and preventing cancer. Congratulations Elie and we hope to party with you all there!
