West Suburbs Vegan Potluck

Twenty-five people attended our first potluck in the West Suburbs, so we're doing it again! Join us on Thursday April 4th for delicious plant-based food, to share recipes and get new cooking ideas. Again, we'll be at Unmapped Brewing Co. in Minnetonka. We've reserved the Base Camp coffee shop area, so plenty of room. All are welcome regardless of where you are on your vegan journey. The theme this month is to bring a favorite dish. Please bring an appetizer, main dish, side dish or dessert to share. Please bring the recipe or list of ingredients and if possible a plate & utensils. Your dish should not contain any meat, dairy, eggs, fish, or butter – there are plenty of alternatives! Need ideas? Please note, slightly later start time of 6:30pm, to allow people to get there after work. It's a great opportunity to make new like-minded friends, and have fun tasting yummy plant-based food.
