Owned by Maddy Newman, Madly Baking is all about sustainable living, allergen-friendly treats, plant-based baking, and custom creations made with lots of care. If you’ve been lucky enough to try Maddy’s famous Coconut Chocolate Shortbread Cookies, you already know why they’ve become an incredible store favorite!
