UUAM Chapter News Next Chapter Leaders Meeting: August 21, 2026 4 pm ET/ 3 pm CT/ 2 pm MT/ 1 pm PT With your generous support, in June UUAM awarded chapter grants! Recipients include: The UU Congregation of Santa Monica, CA, UUAM chapter: to organize and host an inclusive, all-ages short-film afternoon, and provide top-notch, plant-based food for all attendees. The UU Congregation of Hillsborough, NC, UUAM chapter: to run a quarterly Animal Justice film, snack, and discussion series, as part of the congregation's monthly Justice Movie Night series. The Heart of the Carolinas UUAM chapter: to get dogs off chains and streets by building free fences (that have helped more than 400 dogs so far), and providing spay and neuter, dog houses, enrichment toys, and more. We are grateful not only for the animal ministries of these chapters, but also for those of all UUAM chapters. Stay tuned for the announcement of the next chapter grant cycle!
