21-Day Plant Powered Jumpstart - Fall 2026

Registration closes October 6. The online orientation is October 8, 7-9 PM Eastern Time. Plant Powered Metro New York's free Plant Powered Jumpstart helps adults try whole-food, plant-based eating with educational sessions, cooking demonstrations, mentorship and peer support. The program begins with preparation sessions on October 8, 10 and 15, followed by 21 days of plant-based eating from October 16 through November 5.
