Emily Potter - speaker at VegFest

Come to the Outdoor Library Amphitheater to hear this incredible speaker at VegFest - Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026 at 3pm! Emily Potter is the founder of The salty. Sanctuary, a nonprofit animal sanctuary in Southern Utah, providing a safe, lifelong home for rescued, farmed animals. This will be a heartfelt look at what happens when we choose to truly see animals as individuals through personal stories from the sanctuary including unexpected rescues, hard lessons, and the animals who have changed us. This talk explores compassion, connection, and the simple idea that every life deserves a seat at the table. Compassion doesn't have to be complicated.
