In this session, we'll go beyond tactical AI use (tools that speed up today's work) to build an org-wide strategy that expands your capacity over time. You'll leave with a framework for org fluidity (reducing the cost of constant change), a way to map your biggest capacity and capability gaps to real AI solutions, and a starting point for an AI policy grounded in your org's values.
