Vegan Cheese Making Class

## Vegan Cheese-Making Workshop with Instructor Steve Leinen Instructor Steve Leinen, winner of the ARC Vegan Mac and Cheese contest, will demonstrate how to make four vegan cheeses. He is still deciding which cheeses to feature, but in past classes he has made ricotta, herbed feta, queso dip, cheddar cheese ball, fresh mozzarella, sharp cheddar, and dill Havarti. Come watch step-by-step demonstrations and sample the vegan cheeses afterward! Registration Fee and Cancellation Policy Registration opens on November 1st, at noon. The fee for this workshop is $10 and is non-refundable, even if you cancel. Please register only if you are committed to attending. This is a popular class with limited seating, and there is often a wait list of people hoping for a spot. When someone registers and does not attend, that seat goes unused while another person who wanted to participate misses the opportunity.
