About this event
Join Heather Gosnell, MD, board-certified pediatrician and plant-based health coach, for a live plant-based cooking demo featuring a fresh, oil-free Easy 3-Bean Salad that comes together in just 30 minutes. Dr. Gosnell will walk you through the recipe live, share the science behind plant-based eating, and explain why simple ingredients like beans, fresh vegetables, and an oil-free dressing can have a powerful impact on your heart health, blood sugar, and gut health. Attendees will enjoy a tasting and take home a recipe card. Whether you're new to plant-based eating or looking for fresh inspiration, this is a fun, informative, and delicious event you won't want to miss.
This is a plant-based potluck, so please bring a vegan dish to share and a copy of the recipe or a list of the ingredients for those who would like to make it too, and for those with allergies. If you run out of time to bring something, come anyway!
It is at the Clearview Seventh Day Adventist church, in the Fellowship Hall. Doors are open on the east side of the building.
