Friends of a Feather Fundraiser Flap on over for an afternoon of feathered fun, good food, and great company at Chicken Butt Microsanctuary! Bring the whole family and spend the day making new feathered friends while helping provide lifelong care for rescued chickens.What's in store? Patron Auction – Fall in love with a resident and bid to become their patron for a full year! Bidding starts at just $1 per month, and every dollar helps keep our flock happy, healthy, and spoiled. Meet the Flock – Enjoy fun, family-friendly activities with the chickens and discover that every bird has a unique personality and story to tell. Learn & Explore – Pick up fascinating facts about chickens, rescue, and how sanctuaries give animals a second chance. Bonfire – We'll gather around the bonfire 6 pm to heat up vegan hotdogs and beans (we'll supply). Potluck ...so bring your favorite vegan dishes and s'mores supplies to share. Movie at Dusk – Once the chickens have waddled off to bed, we'll snuggle up under the evening sky for a family-friendly film to wrap up a wonderful day.Whether you're a lifelong animal lover or simply curious to meet some delightful feathered characters, we'd love to have you join our flock.
