Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge 2026

The Twin Cities Vegan Chef Challenge returns for all of August 2026. Around 30 restaurants across the metro are creating bold, one-of-a-kind plant-based dishes — available August 1–31 only — for diners to try, rate, and share. Here's how it works: visit participating restaurants, enjoy their special challenge dishes, then rate your experience online to help crown the best vegan dish in the Twin Cities. When you vote, or post and tag @exploreveg, you're entered into prize drawings for restaurant gift cards and CAA merch. Whether you're vegan, vegan-curious, or just love great food, it's a delicious way to explore the Twin Cities dining scene and support local restaurants.
