"From Vivisection To Ethical Vegan"Originally from Catalonia Jordi Casamitjana is a vegan zoologist specialising in animal behaviour, who has been involved in different aspects of animal protection for many years. In addition to scientific research, he has worked as an undercover investigator and animal welfare consultant. He became well-known in 2020 for securing the legal protection of all ethical vegans from discrimination in Great Britain.He is also the author of the books “Ethical Vegan: A Personal and Political Journey to Change the World.” and "Why Vegans Don't: A Philosophical Guide to Vegan Behaviour"
