Eastside Potluck and Vegan Ventures

Ashley Castellanos is our special guest following our July monthly vegan potluck, and will be presenting From Passion to Platform: The Journey of Vegan Ventures. Ashley will share with us her compelling journey of transforming her passion for plant-based living and travel into a thriving platform. In this inspiring talk, Ashley reveals how she built a community that connects vegan food enthusiasts with extraordinary culinary experiences worldwide. From viral marketing campaigns with major tourism boards to intimate cooking classes and international group trips, discover how Vegan Ventures has revolutionized the way people explore and experience vegan cuisine across cultures. Ashley's story demonstrates how authentic content creation, strategic partnerships, and a deep understanding of the plant-based community can create meaningful impact. For the potluck, in addition to all the wonderful entirely plant-based dishes brought by our attendees, we will have vegan ice cream from Rose City Creamery, generously donated by Earthly Gourmet. Come to the potluck at 5:00 pm for delicious and highly varied food, Ashley’s presentation starting about 6:15 pm, or both.
