● A Memorial Ceremony to commemorate the billions of animals who have lost their lives by human hands in the past year, with a public funeral / memorial service.● A Celebration of the progress that is being made towards ending the suffering of animals and bringing forth their freedom. plus our community of activists, and the vegan lifestyle.● Educate the public on the rights of animals, humanity’s abhorrent treatment of them, and what we can all do to change it: switching to a exploitation-free, vegan living.Welcome to NARD 16!
● Route: Start from Federation Square and take a 1.5 km walk to circle back to Federation Square.● A T-shirt "Our Planet Theirs Too" available to be purchased for $25 on the day to support the movement against animal exploitation (not compulsory). Alternatively, wear black.
