Vegan India Conference 2026

An annual initiative by Vegan First, the Vegan India Conference (VIC) stands out as one of the most coveted events shaping the plant-based ecosystem in India. The Vegan India Conference serves as a catalyst for change, creating opportunities for individuals, businesses, decision-makers and institutions to reimagine food, fashion, beauty, and ethics - all through the lens of a plant-based and sustainable future. Since 2019, VIC has been building India’s plant-based ecosystem from the ground up— addressing critical issues such as climate change, the right to nutrition, animal agriculture, and food security. The 5th edition of the Vegan India Conference focuses on systems. Alternatives are only meaningful if they reach millions. A handful of vegan products in boutique stores is inspiring—but systems make them accessible. They make plant-based living affordable, scalable, and inclusive. That’s what we need in India today.
