Other brands like Lifeways are l/2 the price but is pasteurized for longer shelf life. Reculture is a non pasturized tempeh sold at Other Avenues. Other Avenues is a 100% vegetarian co-op store that has/had many veg*n managers and workers. Most of the workers are vegetarian.
