Mass Lobby against Hunting with Dogs

The New Hunting Ban will be holding a mass lobby of Parliament at 1pm on Tuesday 16th June, bringing supporters together to ask their MPs to back Neil Duncan-Jordan’s Hunting Act 2004 (Amendment) Bill. A mass lobby is a peaceful, organised event where members of the public come to Westminster to meet their MP and make clear that voters want a proper end to hunting with dogs, and what that requires. MPs or their staff may or may not be able to come and meet constituents on the day, so please be prepared for a wait of up to two hours. We will have materials available for attendees to collect and use in their conversations, and to pass on to their Members of Parliament. Staff will also be on hand to make sure everyone feels confident in the message:- Trail hunting is not the only loophole allowing hunting with dogs to continue.- The Hunting Act must be amended to fully end hunting.- Neil Duncan-Jordan’s Bill is the gold standard of hunting law, and we should all should get behind it as a strong example of the reform the Government must deliver.
