About this event
Plumpton college is complicit not only in the death of Eunice but for the normalisation and "educating" of individuals into exploitative practises. They have tried desperately to separate themselves from the role they played in desensitising the two individuals responsible for torturing and murdering Eunice.
As they celebrate 100 hundred years of their apparent "contributions to education in the environmental and animal sector" - We will be grieving and protesting 100 years of endless death and exploitations at this college.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
We will be meeting at Lewes train station car park at 9.30am on Saturday. Everyone will be issued with a pink hi-vis vest, and these must be worn. We will wait until everyone has arrived, then travel to Plumpton College as a single group. If necessary, we will assign drivers to shuttle back and forth. once at the site, we will march as a group to the AgriFood building, where we will form a static demonstration. Duration is expected to be approx. 2 hours, so bring chairs if necessary. This demonstration will be peaceful and non-disruptive, so we don't expect to be moved on involuntarily. There will be two stewards who will be liaising with police / security (they will be wearing blue hi-vis vests). Once the decision has been made to leave, we will proceed back to the car park as a group. No one is forced to stay for the duration, but if you do want to leave early, a steward will accompany you to the car park.
See you there!
