About this event
As part of LA Climate Week, West Hollywood welcomes residents and neighbors to the 2nd Annual Food Day Festival, a full day dedicated to delicious food, community connection, and climate solutions. The festival spotlights how everyday food choices can help create a healthier future — for our bodies, our city, and the planet we share.
This inclusive, family-friendly event brings sustainable food systems to life and gives everyone simple, practical ways to take climate action, starting with what’s on their plate.
WHY FOOD DAY FESTIVAL?
Food is one of the most powerful tools we have to reduce environmental impact, strengthen community health, and help mitigate natural disasters like forest fires.
West Hollywood’s endorsement of the Plant-Based Treaty reflects the city’s leadership in forward-thinking food policy. Food Day Festival is part of an ongoing public information effort to make plant-based eating accessible, approachable, and vibrant.
