Vegan Egg Hunt & Pancake Breakfast 2026

Vegan Scouts is hosting our third annual Vegan Egg Hunt! This year we're excited to have the event at Parkrose Community UCC, a progressive and welcoming space. Please note: Vegan Scouts is not a religious organization and has no religious affiliation. All are welcome at this community event, and we hope your family will join us! Everything is VEGAN! Sponsored by NW Veg Activities: -Vegan Egg Hunt (Prizes & Candy) -Avalon Microsanctuary - Meet the bunnies up for adoption and fostering! -Kids' Activities -Photo ops with Sunny the Bunny -Pancake Breakfast (New this year!) -Bake Sale Option to Purchase: We invite you to hop on over to join our Pancake Breakfast! We will have two seatings (11:00am-11:50am and 12:00noon-12:50pm). With sweet springtime decorations and a festive ambiance, your family will enjoy: -Pancakes (three options to choose from: Classic, Fancy Lemon-Blueberry-Ricotta, and Gluten-Free Blueberry Buckwheat) -A full toppings bar -Beverages There are three size options: Small plates are available for a suggested donation of $7.50, and come with two classic medium pancakes. (Recommended for a child.) Large plates are available for a suggested donation of $11.25 and come with three classic medium pancakes. (Recommended for an adult.) Gourmet plates are available for a suggested donation of $20 and come with two Lemon-Blueberry-Ricotta medium pancakes. Bottomless Pancakes & beverages!! are available for a suggested donation of $40.00 and include all the classic pancakes, beverages, and toppings you would like! (This is per person and not to be shared among family members. Please remember we are a small nonprofit, trying to raise funds to create programming for vegan families!) All options include toppings and a beverage. We recommend purchasing your Pancake Breakfast plates ahead, so we can make sure there's enough food for everyone! We sold out of food last year! Accessibility: Parkrose Community UCC offers an accessible, single-level building. With the exception of the egg hunt activity, which will be outside on uneven grass/ground, all other activities will be inside.
