WTF: Cambridge - Elwood’s Dog Meat Farm Protest

🌱 Elwood’s Dog Meat protest event 🐾 Join us for a fun and simple outreach event where we hold placards and hand out leaflets, protesting against a fictional Elwood’s dog breeding facility in Northampton. The leaflet we hand out directs the person to go to the Stop Elwood’s website, which then tells people how awful this farm is, before revealing that it’s actually a pig farm. It then asks the viewer to think about why they feel one way about dogs and a different way about pigs. This event requires participants to keep in the character of an anti dog meat protestor throughout, ensuring people do not realise until later what we are actually there for.
