𝗦𝗜𝗚𝗡 𝗨𝗣 𝗧𝗢 𝗩𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗘𝗥: https://dash.pointapp.org/events/564936 The Animal Activist Legal Defense Project is hosting an online Know Your Rights training on April 15, 2026, at 6:30 PM Central Time for the Animal Rights Coalition. This training will provide you with a basic toolkit to effectively assert your constitutional rights while engaging in protests advocating for animals. Interacting with law enforcement can be an inevitable part of campaigning. While no training can avoid every negative interaction, effectively asserting your rights minimizes the risks of unwanted legal entanglements, both allowing you to be more confident as an activist and keeping your time and energy focused where it is needed: those who need our voices. Our trainings are based on general constitutional principles and are designed to provide an easy-to-remember and easy-to-use approach to best protecting your rights while advocating for change. -- This training pertains to animal activists/activism, designed for activists, investigators, and whistleblowers who bring attention to the conditions in which animals are confined, caged, transported, abused, and killed.
