Latin-Inspired Valentine's Cooking Class

Our first cooking class of the year is an exciting Latin-Inspired Valentine's Class taught by the incredible Silvana Rangel-Duque of Soul Cocina! In this vegan, gluten-free, and hands-on class, Silvana will dive into a versatile South American staple: arepas! You will learn how to mix, shape, and stuff these delicious pockets that you'll be able to enjoy for yourself at the end of the class. In addition to this full meal, you will also receive a packet of take-home recipes! It's happening at Pacifica CoHousing in Carborro on Sunday, February 22, from 11:30am-2pm.
