Spur Deserves some Cheer in the New Year!

The holidays are over, but CAA will continue to urge The Grinch (aka #Lincolnwood Mayor Jesal Patel) to DO HIS JOB, enforce the laws on the books, and finally allow Spur, the African tortoise, to get out of her tiny prison and go to sanctuary in Arizona, where she can feel sunshine, a warm breeze, burrow and dig, roam at will, and be around others of her kind, if she so chooses. Please also help us urge this menagerie to stop selling animals and transition to a humane model where animals are no longer sold, but rather adopted out through local animal shelters and rescues. These animals need our voices, so please join us for 1 short hour.
