"Taste of Eden" A Tu B'Shevat Seder with Rabbi Dr. Shmuly Yanklowitz, author, scholar, and world-renowned advocate for animals, the earth and social justice. Rabbi Dr. Shmuly Yanklowitz was named one of America's top 50 rabbis by Newsweek and one of the 50 most influential Jews by the Forward. He serves as president and dean of Valley Beit Midrash, a national center for pluralistic Jewish learning and leadership. He has authored 30 books on Jewish ethics, and serves as founder and president of the following organizations: Uri L’Tzedek (Jewish social justice), Shamayim (Jewish animal advocacy), and YATOM (a Jewish foster and adoption network).
