Q&A with WDFW Commissioner Steve Parker

The Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife (WDFW) Commission is responsible for setting much of the policy for how wildlife and wildlands are managed in Washington State. It is vital for Commissioners to hear from Animal Advocates, as most of the voices they hear from are folks in the hunting community. As such, NARN is pleased to host an opportunity to meet with one of the Commissioners; Steve Parker. Commissioner Parker is a life-long Washingtonian, and has a long background of working on fishery management, including a position on the Yakama Nation Fisheries Resource Management Program.
