FREE Tasting Event for Northern High School Junior Vegan Chef Challenge

Northern High School Culinary Arts students will show off their vegan creations for the Second Annual Veganuary Junior Vegan Chef Challenge. They will provide samples for everyone who attends, and are happy to answer questions about their creations. Chef Zweli of Zweli’s and Ekhaya will be the celebrity judge for the event. The winning chef team will receive a paid apprenticeship in December to work with Chef Jake of the Refectory to create a fixed price vegan menu for January. Come support these young chefs and cheer on their exploration of creating plant-based dishes.
