Please join us in Surprise, AZ on the second Sunday of the month to enjoy delicious plant-based dishes and meaningful conversations. Bring your favorite plant-based dish and a printed or written recipe to share. No cost. Donations are welcome. At the potluck, Ronda Smith will be presenting a plant-based cooking school to kick off your healthy new year. Come see and taste samples that you might like to try making at home. Ronda has worked as an RN in the Lifestyle Medicine field for decades.
