Monthly Hike

Ring Mountain is part of the Marin County Parks Open Spaces offering amazing 360-degree views of Tiburon, Corte Madera, and on a clear day, even across the bay into San Francisco. The main trail itself is rather short and steep in some sections. There are several trails throughout the open space to explore and there are also multiple access points to the top. Trail activities include hiking, trail running, photography, wildflowers, birding, and rock climbing at Turtle Rock. Just a few notes: - Please arrive on time (10am). If you are running late, please comment on the Meetup link and we will accommodate (within reason). - The hike is dog friendly! Feel free to bring your non-human animal companions. - Stopping points will be discussed at the onset to ensure all are accounted. - Please wear appropriate shoes, dress in layers, apply sunscreen, bring water, etc. - We will meet at Phyllis Ellman Trailhead, 5200 Paradise Dr, Corte Madera, CA 94925 SFVS Monthly Hike hosted by Melinda Hamm and Elliot Ryan
