In this training you will learn: How to avoid debates and arguments How to reduce defensiveness in others How to manage other people’s egos How to help people explore their values (what questions to ask) How to help people align their actions with their values The training will be approximately 2 hours, followed by a 1-hour Q and A session. About the Facilitator: Jen is the Community Director at We The Free and has had a dedicated presence in the animal rights movement for 7 years. Jen has actively explored various advocacy methods, ultimately finding the coaching approach to be the most impactful. Her deep understanding of effective communication has proven invaluable in helping individuals explore their values and align their actions with compassion for nonhuman animals. Proven to be the most effective way to inspire behaviour change in others, the skills taught in this training will increase the percentage of people who go vegan, or take steps toward going vegan, after speaking with you.
