Sunday morning actions over vegan pastries

Fellow animal rights warriors - let's enjoy some coffee and pastries and take actions together while supporting a local bakery! 🐔🐮🐷 One free pastry per attendee, on THL! Bring your friends! Our goal is to collectively complete 200 online actions as a team, via our laptops or phones. We will also provide postcards to address to our campaign targets (namely, restaurant chains) - help us spread the message that they can't quietly keep hens confined in cruel cages without outrage. The hens that are confined in dirty and cramped cages to lay eggs for restaurants’ menus suffer tremendously. These sensitive chickens cannot stretch their wings, ache from cut feet from the wire cage flooring, and experience psychological distress for about 18 months before they are brutally slaughtered due to their depleted bodies and decreased egg production. Hens want to stretch their wings, dust bath to clean their feathers and perch to experience safety. These feelings and behaviors are taken away from hens in the greedy and cruel egg industry.
