Compassionate Roots: A Southern Fall Cooking Class

It’s officially that time of year! The season for spices, salads, soups, and stuffings is here, and we want to give you the skills you need to take full advantage of fall in the kitchen. That’s why we’ve put together our Compassionate Roots cooking class, hosted by the wonderful Rangadevi Dasi of Govinda’s Catering! Her mission is simple: she’s driven by “a burning urge to create more and more exciting plant-based foods.” We’re thrilled that she’ll be sharing her recipes and expertise with us! You’ll learn how to make all sorts of hearty vegan dishes: roasted root vegetables, sweet potato cornbread, Three Sisters Stew, and more.
