Lighthouse Sanctuary Work Party

Jefe says, it's time for another work party s at Lighthouse Farm Sanctuary! What to expect: We will do a few hours of dirty work (scooping straw, wheeling it out to the compost, laying fresh bedding, and other maintenance projects), bask in the animals’ presence, and connect with each other. Bring: Water and a snack (the animals love fresh produce, too!) Wear: Boots to handle mud, clothing/hat/sunglasses for the weather, and a mask for the dust Safety: Let’s prevent the risk of Avian Influenza. If you have contact with birds, disinfect your shoes and clothes before and after the visit with bleach or something stronger!
