SE~SG Cooking with Friends - Seitan!!!

Seitan (wheat-meat) can be make chicken-like, beef-like and even fish-like or as sausage links, deli slices, . It's amazing. Cost is $15.00 per person and you will get to take home a package of Bob's Red Mill Vital Wheat Gluten Flour so you can make it at your home. Limit is 5 people.
