About this event
A horse named Lady collapsed and died on the street in Midtown Manhattan today- the latest victim of New York City's cruel horse carriage industry. Please join Ryder's Law sponsor CM Bob Holden, PETA, NYCLASS, and more to demand that the NYC Committee on Health hold a hearing to advance Ryder's Law immediately, before one more horse is worked to death.
