This month we are going to Chef Mindy's Basil Vegan Thai and Sushi. We all know and love Chef Mindy who also owns Daikon. Basil Vegan Thai & Sushi is a fantastic vegan restaurant, offering a wonderful dining experience. The menu features innovative plant-based sushi rolls, aromatic curries, and wok-tossed noodles crafted with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients.
