Slaughter-Free September

Slaughter-Free September is back! For our campaign against foie gras, we better get a win if we want to show people that animals deserve a place in politics. Results from our polling show that a foie gras ban stands the best chance at passing. But first, it has to get on the ballot. This is a critical moment for Pro-Animal Future and the idea that animal rights can become a major political issue. If we want to see a world without factory farming, I believe this is where it starts. Let’s get a win for the ducks and come back after each campaign more feared than we ever were before. During Slaughter-Free September, you’ll be hanging out in an Air BnB (food provided) with some of the country’s coolest activists and carpooling to petitioning shifts. Here’s what we’d be asking from you: - 3 hours of petitioning per weekend day - 1.5 hour of petitioning per weekday (e.g. one 3-hour shift every other weekday you stay in provided housing) If that sounds good to you, fill out our interest form by hitting "Register" above.
