First Friday Five Minute Cooking Demos

For the First Friday in August, the American Vegan Center is showing how quick and easy delicious vegan food can be. American Vegan Society staff and volunteers perform picnic inspired 5 minute cooking demos on the half hour (6:00, 6:30, 7:00, 7:30). Visitors can enjoy the whole evening or drop in anytime for some fun tips, food, and socializing. All recipes will be available on a handout. Samples will be available to taste after each demo, plus other foods. Come join the fun! Free event, but donations are always appreciated!
