Nutrition & Lifestyle Medicine | Cooking Demonstration

This September join us as we work together with Doctors for Nutrition in the lead up to their November 8 & 9 Symposium. Joining us in the Community Kitchen (located on the ground floor of the Adelaide Central Markets close to the Gouger St lift) will be two incredible plant based chefs! With a focus on whole food plant-based nutrition, Doctors For Nutrition is an independent, health-promotion charity led by medical and dietetic professionals, using their platform to explore the evidence-based lifestyle strategies that are transforming health outcomes. These events have been a huge success each year, with delicious plant based recipes to tempt and then try at home. We will upload the recipe at the end of each demonstration so you can buy your fresh produce from the Adelaide Central Market any time.
