About this event
This Father’s Day, we celebrate the life-changing impact that fathers—and families—can have on the health of generations to come. In this special session, we honor the enduring legacy of two pioneers: Rip Esselstyn, firefighter, athlete, and founder of the Plant-Strong movement, and his father, Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn, a trailblazing physician whose groundbreaking research on heart disease reversal sparked a revolution in preventive medicine.
Together, they ignited a movement that inspired thousands to reclaim their health, one plant-strong meal at a time.
Join us for an intimate and inspiring conversation about the power of family, legacy, and the plant-strong lifestyle to transform lives.
We’ll explore how the Esselstyns’ work continues to inspire healthcare professionals, patients, and families across generations—and how you, too, can be a catalyst for change in your own family and community.
