Ready to learn more about brain-empowering foods? Join us for this two-hour class by Food for Life instructor, Peg Haust-Arliss, that features a video, handouts, discussion, and a cooking demonstration of three delicious recipes that are affordable and easy to prepare at home. The recipes will be sent to you via email prior to the class.
Drawing from the Power Foods for the Brain book by Dr. Neal Barnard, this class will shine light on maintaining brain function and minimizing the risk of cognitive decline through a low-fat plant-based diet. Plant-based foods are beneficial for the brain and may help prevent Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia.
