About this event

Subway claims to serve "fresh" food, but there is nothing fresh about cruelty. The company promised to go 100% cage-free, a standard that countless other major chains have already committed to and fulfilled. Join us as we take a stand for animal welfare and corporate accountability. We are calling on Subway to catch up with the times and report progress on their commitment to go 100 percent cage-free. Without accountability there, promises mean nothing. Expect signs, chants, leaflets, and the power of a passionate community demanding change. Whether you are an activist, a concerned consumer, or just someone who cares about animals, your voice matters. Bring your energy. Bring your friends. Let’s show Subway that the public will not stay silent about suffering. By attending this and any other The Humane League event, you agree to adhere to The Humane League's Safer Spaces Policy and the event terms & conditions. Thank you for creating an uplifting and supportive space for all activists in our community! The Humane League exists to end the abuse of animals raised for food by influencing the policies of the world’s biggest companies, demanding legislation, and empowering others to take action and leave animals off their plates.
