About this event

Join the Animal Rights Coalition for our very first Volunteer Day & Vegan Potluck at the beautiful Farmaste Animal Sanctuary! This special Sunday event is a chance to roll up your sleeves, connect with fellow advocates, and directly support rescued farm animals. We’ll kick off the day with some hands-on help—such as light landscaping, property maintenance, fencing and board repairs, weeding and gardening, raking, driveway upkeep, and cleaning tasks around the sanctuary. Whatever the animals need, we’ll be there to help! Around midday, we’ll break for a delicious vegan potluck lunch! Farmaste will fire up the grill with plant-based options and buns, ARC will provide refreshing beverages, and you're invited to bring your favorite vegan side dish to share. After lunch, we’ll wrap up any remaining tasks, and if time allows, we may get to meet a few of the sanctuary’s animal residents before heading out around 4:00 p.m. Spots are limited to just 15 volunteers, so don’t wait—sign up now to reserve your spot! Note: This event takes place on a Sunday, not our usual Saturday!Important: All participants must complete Farmaste’s waiver in advance. *Please only RSVP if you are positive you are able to attend so as to not take up someone else's spot. If you are no longer able to make it, please update your RSVP on POINT as soon as possible so someone else can take your spot.
