Join us for a virtual 2-day meditation retreat created especially for activists and changemakers on June 21–22. Across six gently guided sessions, we’ll explore mindfulness meditation in a welcoming, non-sectarian space accessible to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Together, we’ll create a supportive environment that nurtures both personal well-being and collective resilience. Three live sessions each day: 10 AM–12 PM, 2–4 PM, 5–7 PM CT. Space for quiet practice and thoughtful group sharing Practical guidance to help reduce burnout and cultivate clarity and compassion Recordings available if you can’t attend live Spots are limited to 50 participants to keep the experience personal and connected.
