National Animal Rights Day Manchester

On the 1st of June we will be holding NARD 15 in Manchester. We will begin by gathering in Piccadilly Gardens at 11 before marching around Manchester at 12. Afterwards we will have speeches, music and a bring your own vegan bake share! Speaking of cake! We’re asking people to bake cakes! We’re gonna have a table at the rallying point, just like last year, with a banner, and we’re gonna be having cake! If people want to bake sweet or savory treats then please make them vegan, avoid gluten if possible, and please write all the ingredients on a piece of paper/sticky note and attach it to the container. We really don’t want to kill anyone! NARD is happening in Piccadilly Gardens at 11am on the 1st of June, we will have a march, a bunch of speakers, and then we will socialise and eat cake! We’re starting the march at midday, and it should be about 30 minutes as we walk a set route around Manchester—we will start and finish in the same place and there will be a couple of stalls at the start and end area. On the day we will be looking for marshals so if anyone wants to volunteer people do reach out. We had about sixty people last year, and it was an incredible day out in Manchester—I am excited to bring it back again this year.
