Outreach and Vegan Food Giveaway at Uhuru Flea Market - June

IMPORTANT INFORMATION! PLEASE READ TO END!! We are back this year at Uhuru Flea Market for one of our favorite outreach events to spread the animal liberation message! We will also be giving out free vegan food samples and literature. All funds raised will be donated to animal sanctuaries. At last month's market in May 2025, we raised $339.50 for Indraloka Animal Sanctuary. And last year (2024) we raised nearly $2,000 for sanctuaries through our Uhuru flea market fundraisers! PARKING: You can usually find free street parking near the flea market (43rd and Chester) although you may have to walk a block or two. This is a really fun event. In addition to selling items, we have a table with animal liberation information, which has generated some fantastic discussions. A wonderful farmers market is also in Clark Park, right next to where we set up. It's a unique way to spread the message and have fun at the same time.
