They can make vegan tacos, burritos, stuffed sopapillas, enchiladas, nachos, frito pie, loaded french fries, etc. Plus they have vegan avocado chile rellenos & even Vegan Huevos Rancheros. Their sopapillas are vegan also (ask for the agave). Their sides of whole beans, refried beans, rice, fried potatoes & french fries are vegan too.
