Starbucks Week of Action

Will you help us by standing up for cows trapped in the dairy industry? On Friday 25 April we visited Starbucks UK’s London HQ to deliver our petition urging them to make oat milk the default. They refused to meet with us. So now, we’re taking our message to Starbucks stores across the UK and talking to customers directly, and we want you to join us. We’re hitting the streets on the 𝗪𝗲𝗲𝗸 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝟮 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 to expose the Arlarming reality behind dairy and to invite Starbucks customers to try plant milk instead. With the help of Animal Justice Project Outreach Hosts, we’ll be hosting events across the country. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁: - Leafleting with powerful messaging- Screening undercover investigation footage- Offering free oat milk samples- Friendly, compassionate conversations with the public- Outreach packs (with posters, stickers & leaflets) provided FREE to Outreach Hosts- Online actions through the week for you to get involved in 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝗳𝗶𝗿𝗺𝗲𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀: Due to organiser availability some events will fall out of the Week of Action, which will help apply pressure on Starbucks for an entire month. Keep checking back, as there will be many more added as we confirm all the details. 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗠𝗮𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘀: Starbucks UK still sources dairy from Arla—the UK’s largest dairy cooperative. Our recent undercover investigation at Arla supplier Lowfields Farm exposed heartbreaking scenes of abuse. The story was picked up by over 25 media outlets in March including Daily Mail, BBC News, and The Mirror which prompted national outrage. Now it’s time to take that truth directly to Starbucks customers on the streets. 𝗖𝗮𝗻’𝘁 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘂𝘀 𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗼𝗻? You can still help!
